Job Description 

Activate Games is seeking content creators to help build our brand on TikTok. These creators will visit and play Activate Games at our Lexington location and film unique, weekly content for Activate brand’s TikTok account. 

Candidates should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space. Candidates should be on top of upcoming trends within social media and have a genuine passion for TikTok. 

This position will support the Marketing and Social Media team.

● Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

● Keep up the date on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.

● Go to Activate and learn how to play every game at an advanced level. 

● Edit and send content to the Tiktok supervisor on a weekly basis. 

● Be self-sufficient with producing your own content. 

● Create 8 pieces of quality content on a weekly basis, resulting in daily TikTok content.

● University or college student. 

● Passion for fitness, playing games, and problem-solving. 

● Significant experience using TikTok and creating content, strong video editing skills. 

● This position is physically demanding. Creators must have the ability to run, jump, walk, and crawl for long periods of time. 

● The creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box. 

● Pays attention to detail, is responsible and reliable. 

● Self-motivated and effective communicator. 

● Available to work 9-12 hours weekly.
